Can anyone tell me what the character between 立志改 and 的人 is? And also the three characters between 共产党员都应该 and 的人. For some reason, I can’t make these four out. Thanks!

我们国家要有很多诚心为人民服务、诚心为社会主义事业服务、立志改革的人。我们共产党员都应该是这样的人。
