老滿 is a speciality type of dumpling the restaurant does (see the name at the top), but I can’t remember what exactly.
回民 we didn’t actually eat, and you’ll see we weren’t charged – apparently if you are 回 – ie muslim – then they’ll use utensils which haven’t been in touch with pork while making your dumplings. Note also the OY charge for cooking the dumplings seperately.
What are 老滿 and 回民 (as food)? And 土豆片炒青椒 seems very strange …
