  2. I’m also interested to find out what it means. We have:

    王八 = wáng bā = tortoise
    网吧 = wǎng bā = Internet café

    At risk of being censored, we also have this to consider:

    王八蛋 = wáng bā dàn = (literally) tortoise egg = bastard; son of a bitch

    To me, it looks like a 王 with legs, running towards the street…
